Friday,
January 18th from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. Cabins LCA (homeowner's
association) kick-off organizational meeting for all
Cabin Owners. The meeting will be held at the
Suncadia Bellevue Sales Office (click here for
printable directions). Lunch will be
provided. All Cabin owners are encouraged to attend.

Landscaping
Hydroseeding around completed Cabins and the lake is
finished. New native Douglas Firs, Ponderosa Pines and
vine maple tress have been planted throughout the common
areas of the neighborhood.
Cabins
2, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18 and 21 are
complete. Cabin 8 will follow. Cabins 3 and 19 have been
painted. Cabin 17 is being painted. Millwork is in
progress on Cabin 19. Cabins 4 and 34 are fully framed
with windows installed. Cabin 4 is in MEP rough-in.
Plumbing rough-in has started in Cabin 34. Cabin 5 is
being insulated with drywall to follow. Cabin 1 framing
is complete. Roof framing is in progress on Cabins 30
and 32.
