A limited release of phase
II Cabins were unveiled on Saturday, September 9th. To celebrate the
release, a Progressive Dinner Party was held at the
Cabins. We had an excellent turn-out and a good time was
had by all. Thanks again to the Burdetts, Esfelds, and
Sleeths for opening their homes for the occasion.

New Owners

Construction Progress
Construction of The Cabins
is in full swing. As you know, Suncadia is delivering
the infrastructure. Work began on June 19th with
clearing of the alpine lake. Suncadia is scheduled to
complete their work and fill the lake later this year.
The Cabins loop is scheduled to be paved by early
October.
Cabins 11, 12, 13, 15, and
21 are framed up through the second floor. Roof decking
is expected to be finished by the middle of October.
Lots 14, 18, and 16 have completed foundations with
chimneys going up. Foundations for lots 7, 8, 9, and 10
have started with chimney work to follow. Lots 2, 3, 4,
5, 6, 17, 19, and 20 are in various stages of clearing
and staking.
