Happy Holidays! There are no
Cabin-specific events planned for the near future, but
Suncadia is offering all kinds of activities through "Winterfest."
Activities include the Tree Lighting Ceremony, Suncadia
Gingerbread Lane, Holiday Hot Toddies, sleigh rides,
snowmobile tours, and snowshoe tours. Go to the Tumble

Visiting Opus' Office
If you plan to visit Opus'
Bellevue office to view samples of the flooring and
decking materials, please note that we moved at the end
of the summer.

Construction Progress
The winter has certainly
started out with a bang! We've received almost two feet of snow
since Thanksgiving, but our crews continue to work hard
and keep a steady pace.
Cabins 11, 12, 13, 15, and
21 are completely framed with windows installed.
Cabins 2, 6 and 8 are framed through the first floor. Cabins
9, 10, 14, 16, and 18 are framed through the second
floor.
Foundations
and chimneys for Cabins 3, 4, 5, 7, 17, 19, and 20
are complete with first floor decks and winter tarps
installed. The foundation for Cabin 34 is scheduled to
be poured with chimney work to follow.
