Bellevue office to view samples of the flooring and
decking materials, please note that we moved at the end
of the summer. For those of you who have not visited us
since then, we are located at 13920 S.E. Eastgate Way,
Suite 250, Bellevue, WA 98005.
Construction Progress
Despite bone chilling
temperatures and the most snowfall in Cle Elum since
1996, the Opus construction team and subcontractors
continue to "tough it out." In appreciation of all of
our crews' hard work, we hosted a chili feed last week
that was well received. Next time you're visiting your
Cabin, feel free to bring hot cocoa for the crew that's
working on your home!
Cabins 10, 11, 12, 13, 15,
18 and 21 are completely framed with windows installed.
Drywall is complete in Cabin 15. Drywall and painting
are complete in Cabin 13 with doors and millwork
scheduled. Cabin 12 is fully insulated with drywall to
follow. Cabins 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 14 and 16 are framed
through the second floor. Cabins 3 and 7 are framed
through the first floor. Cabins 4, 19 and 20 have begun
framing. Foundations and chimneys for Cabins 5 and 17
are complete with first floor decks and winter tarps
installed. The foundation is complete and work on the
chimney for Lot 34 is progressing.
