Master bath:
The vanity countertop has been upgraded from limestone
tile to a 3/4" thick limestone slab. The limestone is
the same color and material as before. The only
difference is a slab as opposed to tile.
Upstairs baths: The upstairs vanity countertops have been upgraded
from a yellow-colored tile to a 1 1/4" thick copper grey
slate slab. The backsplash will be slate tile. The tub
surround has been updated from a 6" x 6" yellow-colored
tile to a 6" x 6" off-white colored tile. The shower
tile is the same tile as the original, only the color
has changed.
ICS - Internet, Cable, Telephone
ICS, Intelligent Community Services, Inc., is the
internet/cable/telephone provider for Suncadia.
Telephone and internet service is available at The
Cabins site. Cable TV is anticipated to be available in
late summer. See the attached flyer for information on

Construction Progress
Cabins 10, 11, 12, 13, 14,
15, 16, 18 and 21 are completely framed. Windows are
installed in all of these units. Insulation has started
in Cabin 10. Cabin 11 has been drywalled and is being
painted. Insulation, drywall and painting are complete
in Cabins 12, 13, 15 and 21. Doors and millwork have
started in cabins 12 and 15 and is complete in Cabin 13.
Cabins 2, 6, 7, 8 and 9 are framed through the second
floor. Cabins 3, 19 and 20 are framed through the first
floor. Cabins 4 and 17 have begun framing. Foundation
and chimney for Cabin 5 is complete with a first floor
deck and winter tarp installed. Foundations are complete
for Cabins 1 and 34 with chimney work progressing.
